Hi,
I am very intrested in having my palm read. I've been to a few psychics and palm readers, all of them have tried to sell me stuff in the end like, aura cleansing, etc. Its nice to have someone do it because its an intrest. I would appreciate you giving me any insight you can! My life line concerns me. And I wonder if I will ever truly find someone and have children (by the way Im 26). I see how your life lines concerns you. There are so many obstacles in your way, but I do see a sister line so you have a support system to get you through the many rough times. You are a humanitarian and care for many people like they are your own children. From the upper line on your wrist, it seems you may be unable to have children or it will be very difficult. Does the line on your right wrist dip into your palm the same way? Your head line dips down in an imaginative slope. Your heart lines has many tails dipping down symbolizing heart ache/break. It seems you let your imagination get the best of you and tend to think the worst. I see two lover lines but this is your left hand so they are most likely previous loves. They are strong, you love hard.

I know very little about palmistry, but it's the basics I already know. The lines I am most worried about are my fate, life, and my "rascettes". I see from your wrist that child birth will be hard but I also see that you will have two children. Your marriage looks strong but your heart will be broken a few times, its in your sensitive nature. Your fate line is deep meaning you are very motivated but it branches in many directions so you will change careers in diverse ways but you will work hard in every direction. Double Head line

Kerri's palms, a secure future

These are the palms of a right handed, 34 year old woman named Kerri. I have never met her and know nothing about her besides she is on a quest to find the world's best palm reader. I have never claimed to be the best but I'm very interested to see how I rank.

I'll start with the shape of her hands. Her fingertips are all very rounded, this means she is creative and has terrific insight and a sense of inner knowledge. She is more of a free spirit. Her fingers are rather short compared to the size of her palm, indicating an introverted personality. There seems to be a larger space between her Mercury finger and Apollo finger which shows that she likes to act independently possible running her own business. Her fingers are all relatively straight, which is a great thing, it means she has no huge hang up or personality flaws that create obstacles in her life. Her thumb is held moderately open from her palm this indicates she cautious when new opportunities are presented to her. I am only seeing this in a scanned image but I think this is true since her fingers are short.

Now, I'll note the differences between her (tendencies) left hand and her (present/future) right hand. On her left hand, Her heart line reaches up towards Apollo, meaning love is one of the most important aspects of her life. She is willing to make herself vulnerable and allows herself to get hurt to experience love to its fullest. I noted only one significant love from her past. Her head line begins intertwined with her life line, indicating again a shy disposition. The head line slopes
sharply and ends under Apollo. This slopes means she is creative and has many interests. There is a wide space between her heart and head line, showing that she is open minded.

Her life line has a wide arch, indicating she is interested in travel, this is also reflected on the outer edge of her palm. There are about five deep long travel lines. Perhaps she has had five major travels in the past. One is rather long, it is possible she has left the country in the past 5-10 years. Her life line is crossed by many lines of influence. These are mostly many important people in her life.

Her fate line is very deep, indicating she is very serious and motivated when it comes to her work. The fate line ends under her Mercury finger, suggesting that her career would be well suited to deal with communication. This confuses me a bit since there are many factors in her palm indicating that she is shy and introverted but it also seems she is open minded enough to overcome that.

The bracelets on her wrist are well formed, so she should have no problems conceiving children.

On her right hand, not much has changed. She has remained very true to herself through out her life. There is a new line indicating a new lover, so she has now had two important loves in her life or will soon be finding a new love. I also see three more major trips but none of them seem to involve travel outside of the country. She also has an Apollo line on her right hand. This is a deep Apollo line, which is impressive because it indicates great success and happiness. Her fate line has also shifted on this hand, she still has one that points to Mercury (indicating a career based on communication) but she has another one pointing up towards Saturn. This means she has or will find a job that offers great security and provides for retirement.

I have also noticed a line on the the bottom left of her palm crossing the mount of Luna, that indicates she may have allergies or certain food sensitivities.

A death on the palm

A few years ago, I was reading palms at work. The fate line, on the one man's palm, had a break and a new clear begining. I found the spot of present time, according to his age on his palm, then calculated how far until that change. I estimated that in 3-5 years he would no longer be doing what he was doing. Knowing his history and lifestyle, I figured he'd be in prison. Yesterday, I was informed that he died on Saturday. That was about 4 years since I did his reading. I really can't remember what his heart line looked like or his life line, but he died of a heart attack. He's the first person, whose hand I have held, that I have known died. So that's really sad.

Desiree's hands

These are Desiree's hands. She is right handed and 30 years old. She spent a summer living with me many years ago, so I knew her more as a teenager than an adult. I am living in the mountains now and didn't bring any of my palmistry books, I tried to research some of my questions on line then figured I'll just trust my own knowledge. When I get home, I'll fact check.
I'll start with her left hand which is her past and her tendencies. All of her fingers are very straight which means the energies of each finger can flow freely which of course is a very positive foundation to begin with.
She does have a Girdle of Venus which means she takes pleasure in life, food and sex. This is a tricky tendency to have because it can lead to excess in life such as overeating , overspending and lusty behaviors.
Her her heart line reaches up towards Jupiter meaning love is very important to her but then it touches down on her head line showing she can balance her emotions well with rational thought. There is a good space between her head line and heart line indicating she is open minded. The head line and life line are joined at the beginning showing that she can be shy. Her head line has a gentle slope that ends under Mercury, this shows she has imagination and a strong mind.
Her Life line has a sister line which means when times are tough she has a good support system to help her through. The life line stays very close to her thumb indicating that she isn't very concerned with world travel or open to many different opportunities. This is also reflected in her fate line which is very short and almost non existent. A short fate line like this indicates little motivation or drive. Many of these things have changed for her future.
When I looked at her right hand (present and future) I noticed her Saturn and Apollo finger were very close together with Saturn leaning slightly over Apollo. (Assuming she has never seriously injured these fingers) This indicates that a poor mood often hinders her success and creativity. On this hand, her girdle of Venus is much less prominent, showing that she has mastered her self control and doesn't let the lust for life lead her to to many excesses.
Her heart line is more upturned in the future with a tasseled end meaning she becomes less cerebral with love and also less focused but it still remains a very positive and important aspect of her life. I couldn't make out the marriage line in her palm print because they are on the outermost part of the palm under the pinkie but I saw she has the possibility for 3 dependants. Usually, I would say these are children but the uppermost bracelet on her wrist say she will have problems with infertility so these dependant lines could be other loved ones she cares for as one would love a child. Her head line still has that slight curve meaning she will maintain a strong creative mind but it also forks at the end and connects to her life line. A fork usually indicates a good balance between thought and imagination and a talent for writing. I'm not exactly sure what it means when it connects to the life line. Over her head line, are a series of X's which indicate this is a good time in her life to make investments, and judging from her fate line, the best investments will have something to do with her family.
Her fate line is slightly stronger now, meaning she has more ambition now. This fate line goes in a direction that I have never seen before, usually they head up the palm towards Saturn or Apollo but her veers off and end on her life line. To me, this means her motivation is her family and she would feel the most accomplished just knowing that her family is happy and living well. Her life line still has the sister line to help her through the rough hard times.
This time, hre life line covers more of the palm indicating she is more interested in the world and more open to its possibilities.

Lou Gehrig's palms

I found these prints of Lou Gehrig's hands for sale online, so I figured I'd try to read them. The images are small so the lines will be hard to read but I can do the shape no problem. Lou Gehrig threw left handed but wrote right handed. I did a little reading up on this just to determine which hand I should consider to be his dominant hand and I'm going to say his left hand was dominant because he was just trained in school to use his right hand to write because it was the "right" way.

The fingers on his left hand are all basically straight so all of the properties each finger represents were not hindered. On his right hand, his index (Jupiter) finger leans in towards his Saturn finger which meant he overcame a fear of power or leadership. All of his fingers are pretty evenly set on his hand indicating a lucky disposition.

His heart and head lines are spaced rather far apart indicating an open mind. The heart line on his left hand is longer and more prominent than on his right, he must have become more passionate as he grew older. Each line is curved, which means he took a physical approach to love.

On both hands, his head line begins intertwined with his life line, meaning he was very close to his family and they really molded the way he thought. Both lines are curved, so he was more of an imaginative thinker rather than a scientific thinker.

His dominant hand has parallel fate lines. This means he had a great partner to support him. On both hands the fate line begins closer to his Luna mount instead of the traditional start near the Venus mount, indicating a career in the public eye. His life line also starts near by indicating a need to travel and experience many things in life.

The Mercury Line is present strongly on his right hand and vaguely on his left hand indicating some health problems.

A strong Apollo line is present on his right hand meaning he would be successful early in life.

I know very little about Lou Gehrig, historically, I should read up on him and see if any of this is accurate. All I really know is that he played baseball and died of a disease that was named after him.

Rosalynd's palms

These are Rosalynd's palms. She is left handed and 27 years old. These are tricky for me to read since I know her well. I have actually used these palms as practice from the beginning of my training. As I have mentioned before, it is easier to read the hands of strangers because I don't have any personal information to cloud my reading. In these photos, some finger tips are cut off, but notice how her mercury (pinkie) and Apollo (ring) fingers curve in towards her Saturn finger on her right hand. This shows her tendency to allow her mood and emotions get in the way of her success and communication. Her left pinkie is also very twisted but you can't see it in the above image. I always joke around with her that she is a liar because a twisted pinkie indicates deceitful speech. It is a common finger characteristic of an actor. I know from personal experience that she holds a lot back in what she has to say. Her life line arches far from her thumb, meaning she wants to get out and see the world. Her head line is long and deep and has a steep drop at the end. When a head line is long and deep, it means the person is intelligent and has a great ability to concentrate on problems. In her case, she might concentrate on problems too often. Since her line curves, she is more of a creative thinker than a practical thinker. It is a little hard to see in this photo, but she does have traces of a double head line which indicates financial success. Rosalynd's heart line curves and extends up to Jupiter, which means she is rather idealistic and romantic when it comes to love. Her heart line also has many chains, revealing that she wants personal contact but is afraid of rejection and is easily hurt. This is an unfortunate combination. (My love line is very similar to this, so I can sympathize.) Rosalynd's fate line is short and crossed. She is lacking motivation at times because of different obstacles in her path. She should probably start giving offerings to Ganesh to help out in this aspect. But since she has traces of the double head line, she has enough motivation to become successful.

Divorce

I did some palm readings at a Halloween party last night. I read the palms of most of the people in the past, but there were two new palms. They were a married couple. Both of them had multiple marriage lines, indicating to me that these two will not stay together. It is pretty uncomfortable to see this and to tell this to people I hardly know. So I gave it to them as a warning, and based on her intense love line, I told him to be more sensitive to her emotional needs. I also let them know that what lies in your palms is totally in your control. If you don't like your future, change your present.
To see if you will have future lovers, look at your dominant hand under your pinkie (Mercury finger). Turn your hand slightly, so you are looking at the side of your palm. You will see small (half an inch or less) horizontal parallel lines. Each of these lines represents a lover. The bottom line will be the person you are currently with or if you are single, the person you will be with next. Each line above that, represents a new lover.

Different Marriage Line Markings

If the line ends in a downward slope, it will be an unpleasant relationship.
If your line ends in an upward slope, it will be a positive relationship.
If you are non-sexual, your line will end with a straight up vertical line.
If the line is broken for a bit, then comes back, this indicates a break up and a make up.
If you have multiple lines stemming from the same line, you will have multiple lovers.
If the line only hides on the side of your palm without coming to the front, this will be a secret lover. Meaning a very strong crush that you do not reveal or a secret affair.

To prove how accurate this is, look at non dominant hand in the same place. Count up the lines and match them to your previous lovers. The top one may be the person you are currently with because they are part of your past.

Cathy's Palm

This is the only image I have of this palm. It is hard to see the lines but there are a few things I can read from it. Starting with the thumb, the thumb is held very open, which suggests she is very open to what life has to offer her. The palm is rather square, which indicates she is practical, down to earth and hard working. This hand is similar to mine, in that is has a Mars line (a line running parallel to the life line) she has much support in her life for when times are hard. Her Head line seems pretty straight forward, also indicating that she is a practical person. The head line is rather close to the heart line, which means she is a conservative person.

This is a photo of my dominate hand, I drew the lines over top because they were too hard to see. Too many things about my hand are unfortunate.
Look at the heart line. (the heart line is the top vertical line). It is full of chains, which signifies that I want personal contact but I am easily hurt and fear rejection, this is amplified because the line rises to my Jupiter finger.
Jupiter (Index) is the power finger, so I am ruled mostly by my heart (which cause me to get hurt easily). That is mirrored in my life line.
The life line is the line that curves around the thumb. My life line is chained but there is good news, I have a line that runs along he inner side of the life line. This line is called the Mars line and not everybody has one. The Mars line gives me added strength during times of trouble. There are positive things about my hand as well.
My head line is clear and focused with a gentle curve that represents my creative thought process.
My fingers are fairly straight, so the properties that each represent are positively manifested. The Apollo line is well developed. The Apollo Line is the line that ends at my ring finger (the Apollo finger). It represents success in life.
My fate line is also strong, it is the line that runs from the bottom of my palm towards my heart line. It has many lines rises up which can be positive influences.
I am not sure what to make of my Mercury line. It is the line I drew in black that runs from under my pinkie towards my Venus Mount (the pad at the bottom of my thumb). I have read that this could indicate illness but I have been pretty healthy. It can also be read as some kind of communication line but I don't know how to read that. Free Palm Readings

I used to go to the Philadelphia Folk Festival every year and give free palm readings to people passing my camp. It is easier to read the hands of strangers than the hands of people I know because I have no background information to cloud my thoughts or add bias. Some many people were shocked at how accurate I was. There is one boy that I always wonder what happened with him. I saw on his next travel line an X indicating an unfortunate travel then on his head line I saw a square that I took to represent a minor head injury. He told me that once Fest was over he was going to Florida with his family. The next day hurricane Katrina hit the South and I know Florida was hit with some hurricane shortly after that. I wonder if the boy and his family went to Florida during the hurricane or maybe they just cancelled their trip due to the weather. So if you are that boy and you are reading this, let me know what happened.

My Palms and the meaning of fingers

This is a tracing of my hands with the lines drawn in that I made a few years ago when I was first learning to read hands. I labeled everything in order to study where the different lines and mounts are. If you know about those Roman Gods, it is easy to remember which qualities are manifested in each finger. It took me awhile to remember:

the index finger is Jupiter
Jupiter is the chief god ruling over laws and social order, so the Jupiter finger represents leadership and interest in laws.
the middle finger is Saturn
Saturn is the god of agriculture and fertility, he had a lusty and temperous nature, so the Saturn finger represents emotions and somehow conformity.
the ring finger is Apollo
Apollo is the god of medicine and healing, as well as the leader of the muses. The Apollo finger represents the qualities of healing as well as the arts.
the pinkie finger is Mercury
Mercury is the messenger god in charge of trade profit and commerce, so those qualities are present in the Mercury finger.

The straighter a finger is the better the quality it represents is manifested. If a finger leans toward another, that finger's quality is influencing (maybe hindering) the other finger's properties.

Simian Line

I just noticed that someone I work with has a simian line (combined head and heart line)on his dominant hand but not on his left hand.

The Simian Line or Simian Crease was named so, because many monkeys have only one line across their palm like this.

People with Simian Lines tend to be very different than other people.

Many people with Downs Syndrome have Simian Lines
Many serial killers and sociopaths have simian lines
People with Simian Lines tend to have extreme tempers
People with Simian Lines tend to be very energetic
People with Simian Lines tend to be very creative
If the line is higher on the hand, it means the person is ruled more by emotions.
If the line is lower on the hand, the person tends to be ruled more by their thoughts.
It is usually difficult for a person with a Simian line to balance their emotions with logic

Now that I have seen this guy's hands, he is making more sense to me. He has a temper like no one I have ever met. The smallest things make him cry or yell. Yesterday, I heard he stood on the urinal in the bathroom and peeked at someone in a stall, and when the guy got angry, he ran away crying saying it wasn't his fault, he was tired and that made him have to look at another guy on the toilet. (?) I didn't give him a real reading, )I didn't want to ask him for his hands) someone just mentioned to me that he did not have many lines on his palms so I glanced at it when an opportunity arose. I am always being a nosy palm reader like that.
